Inbound
We fulfil the role of an order taker with the in-depth product knowledge
to make sure customers get the best solution to their problem. Sometimes
this may just be advice. However, we can hold key parts in stock
in our warehousing facilities which
enable us to deal with the call, take the order, perform the financial
transaction, ship the part to the customer (pick,
pack & dispatch) and then provide a full
reporting service back to you, the client.
Outbound
Often a manufacturer will have a list of customers and prospects.
With this information our sales team can make the right calls to
sell further products, services or cleanse the data. Once a need
has been identified, we can proactively sell on your behalf.
We will write
the sales scripts, (but you retain editorial control), determine
the effective CRM scripts and provide full
CRM reporting so vital customer information
is not lost.
