Our reporting service
can be tailored to your business requirements, its content dependent
on the solutions we provide for you, but generally you will want
to know:

- What problems we encountered
We are happy
to work with Support Level Agreements (SLA) a contract that sets
out what we are responsible for; and Key Performance Indicators
(KPI) the metrics by which we are measured. We also report fully
on any additional fulfilment costs incurred. This could be additional
packaging of products or distribution costs, next day or same day.
Each element
of our business provides a full bespoke reporting service.
Callcentre
All our service solutions contain an element of CRM. Our call centre
has the ability to feed the agreed information into your existing
CRM systems or we can supply our own Customer Relationship Management
solution for you based on a mixture of industry standard tools and
in-house resources.
Warehouse
Our comprehensive reporting systems ensure that you can keep track
of your "goods-in-trust"
Logistics
Our client response team are always available to provide information
and advice and provide a full reporting and tracking service for
the following:
- P.O.D (Proof of Delivery), ETA's (Estimated
Time of Arrival)
- RMA's (Product Returns Management)
- Customer Survey - request for further information
(fulfilment)
Asset Management
If we are managing an integration project for you a vital element
of the task will involve asset management. As a company trusting
us to manage many remote locations you will require detailed tracking.
This normally takes the form of identification/serial numbers, hardware
and software configuration and specific location information. You
will be able to see at a glance what you have, what it looks like,
and where you have it.
Typically we
produce two reports, a summation report which totals the volume
and value, and over time will deal with depreciation, and a detailed
report which looks at each location.
