We are happy to work with Support Level Agreements (SLA) a contract that sets out what we are responsible for; and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) the metrics by which we are measured. We also report fully on any additional fulfilment costs incurred. This could be additional packaging of products or distribution costs, next day or same day.
